Our most popular conference capture package. Video files of presentations from your event, along with the accompanying audio, are accessed from a custom-built website. This site provides a very professional portal for your visitors to review your conference. The website comes with a welcome page that will detail the event and also provide the perfect opportunity for industry sponsors.
From the welcome page visitors can access a summary page of the available talks, which includes presenter names, and the title of their talk. These talks are easily accessed and the whole site will be branded with your company logo and colours. We also offer the option for each presenter to have their own biography page that can also contain their photograph and further details of their talk.
Talking Slides video files are captured discretely live at your conference, and are usually ready for publication within a few days of the end of your event. We offer free hosting for 12 months on all Talking Slides products, and you will be given a web address to direct visitors to, or you can place a simple link from your own website to the Talking Slides server. Talking Slides can also be produced and distributed on branded USB memory sticks or DVD.

Due to the cutting edge format the Talking Slides Capture Station saves the content, the data files are surprisingly small and provide smooth reliable playback even at more modest broadband speeds.
We will happily host your presentations on our own dedicated Talking Slides servers free of charge for 12 months, or supply your own web publishing department with the required files to host and stream your conference direct from your own servers.
